You need only to have attended the Aroma 101: Foundations program and received your certificate or another 30-40 hour course equal to that of the Aroma 101.

Do I receive a set of essential oils included in the course fee?

No. Supplies for a great variety of aromatherapy products are provided at no extra charge during classes. Will this course be offered again?

Yes. It will probably be offered over an 8-month time period with classes grouped over one weekend a month. A weekend will contain 16 hours of class time. The course will be one weekend a month for 8 months in a row. Interest will determine if the course will be offered every year or not.

Do I need to attend every class?

It is important to attend each class so as not to miss out on bookwork, hands on practice, and your accumulative hours necessary to receive your certificate.  If you must miss a class, talk with Kathy in advance to remedy a solution.

This certification program is the only “live” course presented in the Midwest and provides each student the opportunity of hands-on learning experiences.  Kathy’s teaching style focuses upon development of a group-learning atmosphere in which students are free to share knowledge and explore ideas. Throughout the course students are encouraged to present ideas and suggestions for learning activities related to the basic structure and content of the course. The learning environment will stimulate interest in learning, respect individual needs of students and yet provide time for fun and shared interests of the group.
