Feb 27th, 2016 Herbs for stress, anxiety, and sleep. In this 2.5 hour, hands on workshop we will go over basic nervous system physiology, the human stress response, and then dive deep into a discussion of herbs for acute and chronic stress, anxiety, panic attacks, and/or insomnia.
January 2nd, 2016 3 PM – 5 PM In this hands-on class we will go over basic immune physiology, common causes of lowered immunity, as well as herbal, nutritional, and lifestyle strategies to boost immune function.
